useless, the word said.
reminding me of the other
and the day before.
i don't want to be
'that guy'
useless.
the one that got the boot.
he thought he tried
but didn't know how,
he gave up too quick,
or maybe he found
there was no satisfying anyone.
useless.
hearts breaking daily.
wishes unfillfilled.
but if you don't say a word,
how will they know?
i asked.
doesn't matter.. she said.

she gave up on him
before he even started.
what a shame.
..and I really don't want to be
'that guy.'
